Shipping Information United States

What does a watch cost me when I order from the US?

Only USD 5-15 additional taxes/customs cost to be paid at delivery

We sell and ship our watches directly from Switzerland to the US. That’s why the prices do not include taxes/customs duties for the US.

Import taxes are based on a complicated formula depending on the value of the movement, the case and the bracelet of the watch. The tax rates vary a bit by state as well.

Total tax for one Outsiders watch is only around USD 5 to 10 in the majority of the cases. In certain states it can go up to a maximum of USD 15 per watch to be paid at import. Based on our experience there are no additional fees to be paid.

Simple payment of the customs duties upon delivery

With a shipping to the US through International Postal Service, you will need to pay the mail carrier and/or go to your local post office to pay any duty and processing fees owed when your package arrives at that post office.

How long does it take to receive the watch?

  • The next shipping date is indicated for each product. We ship between once and twice a week.
  • As soon as the package is shipped we will send a tracking link via e-mail.
  • The parcel is handled by the Swiss Post (PostPac International Priority). In the US the watch will be delivered by International Postal Service against signature. Accessories will be sent as a letter and delivered by the US Post against signature.
  • According to the Swiss Postal Service, shipping should take 4 to 8 working days. According to our experience it can take 2 to 6 working days longer, depending on the duration of customs clearance.
